A CABEC Certified Energy Analyst, a certification issued by the California Association of Building Energy Consultants and earned by examination. Title 24 energy compliance is what we do: residential new construction, additions and alterations, ADUs, and nonresidential work, across all 16 California climate zones.
Every project is treated as a technical document rather than a form to be filled in. That distinction is the whole practice: a compliance report nobody checked is worth nothing the moment a plan checker comes back with a comment on it.
The turnaround comes from knowing the code well enough not to have to look things up. When you have modelled the same assemblies, the same climate zones and the same plan-checker comments for years, the work that takes other people a week is a focused day, and the report goes out right the first time.
Certified by examination rather than by subscription, which is why a Title 24 model here is read as a building rather than as a form.

Corrections are included
For the life of the project. If the city comes back, so do we, at no charge. Nobody should be pricing plan-check risk into a $300 job.
Assumptions get stated
Where a number is measured, it's measured. Where it is assumed (an existing wall's insulation, glazing with no NFRC label) the report says so, in plain English, rather than burying it.

The CEA is the credential California's energy-code trade is measured by, issued by the California Association of Building Energy Consultants and earned by examination. Plenty of people produce Title 24 forms; far fewer have been tested on the standards behind them.

CF1R, CF2R and CF3R documents are registered through CHEERS, a CEC-approved data registry. Registration is what makes a compliance form count. Unregistered, it is a printout.
